What To Expect
Arrival & Setup
Our crew will arrive on time with all the necessary tools and safety equipment. We’ll walk through the work area with you, confirm the details of the job, and explain the process before getting started.
Prepping the Workspace
Before our crew arrives, please clear the space of furniture, personal items, and obstacles. Protect nearby surfaces or valuables, and cover any drains to prevent slurry from entering.
Water Set Up
Most concrete cutting requires water to cool the diamond blades and control dust. We’ll connect to a water source on-site. We are equipped to bring our own water if needed, but require advance notice to adjust the project estimate accordingly.
Cutting the Concrete
Using professional-grade saws or drills, our team will perform the cuts with precision. Whether it’s a slab, wall, core drill, or curb cut, we follow strict safety protocols and work efficiently to complete the job as agreed.
Clean-Up & Final Walkthrough
Once the cutting is finished, we’ll clean the area by removing the bulk of the slurry. Before leaving, we’ll walk you through the completed work to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Wrap Up
At the completion of your project, we will provide a detailed invoice on-site or send one shortly after leaving the job.
